"Very bad odour in the room. Bed was uncomfortable"

"Large pothole at the entrance and the front parking lot is dark. Staff was helpful. The pillows are small and child sized."

"Clean room and staff is amazing...GO POM crew"

"Starting to think the hot tub is permanently down for repairs/ maintenance. Fraudulent advertising."

"Overall it was a decent stay, in the end when trying to check-out, I waited a good 10min. waiting for an agent to check me out. I needed to get back on the road again, and could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I called and called out for someone to hear, but nothing, so I left my keycards behind the counter. Very disappointed, I see the cameras facing clientele and either did not see me or was not there at all, there was not a sound coming from the closed door behind the counter either."
