Sandman Signature Sheffield Quays Hotel
Staff barely courteous. Room had no proper lighting. Just small bedside lights, a dull LED strip behind the bed and a lamp we had to crawl behind the desk to find a switch for. Fixtures were flimsy. The desk lifts for the hairdryer, but hinges were loose so uneven. Breakfast hugely disappointing. ...

Everything from check in to check out was fabulous. The staff couldnt have been nicer and the rooms were perfect

Apartment 5
We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.
