"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"This hotel is fine for a night while travelling but the best thing about it is its proximity to the Italian restaurant. The food was superb and service excellent. I arrived unbooked at this very large restaurant on a Tuesday night and it was heaving. I waited a short time for a table and was then seated comfortably. The food was delicious and the charming owner complimented my choice. I don’t often go in that area but will certainly go there again if I do."

"Amazing hotel and services. Spa was great, only wish they provided hotel guest robes and slippers too as we ended up bare footed which is quite hazardous. Otherwise I loved the hotel and ambience. It was celebration for my husbands 40th and he was quite please too. Will definitely recommend"

"The property is an old building and we both thought that the rooms could do with a bit of an update - the bathrooms were very modern. The rooms and hotel were spotless, the staff were absolutely superb - so kind, helpful and polite. It was a lovely idea to have free bottles of water at reception when we arrived with the weather being hot. "I must say… I was disappointed. I thought if I paid for a name like ‘Holiday Inn’ it would somehow be of a good standard…how wrong I was! When I saw my room (on the ground floor) the first thing I noticed was that it was not clean. The carpets looked grubby with stains and there were bits of debris on it like it hadn’t been vacuumed properly. The skirting boards & walls were quite marked and overall it was pretty disappointing.
