"The rooms are a little small, and could use a little updating. It was not badly out of date, but there were just some minor things that could use a little improvement. The parking is extremely tight and it’s one lane that is used for both the entrance and the exit off of a very busy street which could present a hazard. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable."
"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
"The room is small and basic, but the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is clean and has a very convenient location in a quiet area, away from the noise and hustle of central New York. It’s a great option for solo travelers with light luggage who are looking for practicality and a good rest."
"Great, safe location close to transit and lots of restaurant options. Nice pool top roof with a busy bar, lots of foot traffic at night so not the quietest, but with ear plugs we slept well. Would stay here again!"
"Cemera grande dotata di angolo cottura. Ottima soluzione. Pulizia massima con pulizia giornaliera. Personale gentile e disponibile. In pieno centro a Manhattan a pochi passi dalla metro. Consigliatissimo."
"Great hotel with a nice size room. Area is away from hustle and bustle from Times Square. 5 minutes walk from Penn station. 2 minutes walk from nearest subway(Herald square) The free breakfast is ok we just had toast on the days we used it . Free tea and coffee available all day till 6pm. Staff were great & really helpful when we needed them. Room was cleaned daily. The only negative to cleaning we had is the air vents on the ceiling in the room for air conditioning were absolutely full of dust....
"The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpfull.
The room is very basic, but clean.
Disliked the shampoo and body wash, smell like Swedish bitter 🤔"
