When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. "I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

"My wife and I had an outstandingly positive experience with the resort. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful and informative. Activities were plentiful and well organized. Our room was maintained daily and towels were replenished consistently. We stayed in one of the cottages, the extra space to stretch out and having our own umbrella and chairs was a great addition to the convenience of our stay. "It is more like a bouquet hotel. It is a very well kept hotel with a friendly staff, small dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A little bar for drinks. Quiet place for couples or family's. Beach is only steps away and it's well maintained."
