"It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. "When we arrived it was quaint. My issue was no hairdyrer which it said. There was hair on shower wall and the floor was a bit dirty. Nice area staff were nice. Will stay but probably in a larger cottage."

I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks."

"It’s a beautiful condo. The only issue we had was the couch and pillows. They both had a bad smell and had stains on the bedding for the couch. They need to work on the bedding freshness. Otherwise love the location very nice condo inside."

"When this room was booked it was the Astoria Crest Hotel, when I arrived it was The Herondale Hotel. They did not have my reservation from Expedia and the person at the "desk" was a little befuddled. The property is still under construction. Having said that, the room #123, was beautiful and well appointed."
