"It was a bit confusing to figure out how to turn on/off some of the lights but the room was great. I loved that my view from the window was the forest next to the airport. The room was also incredibly well sound proofed and I heard absolutely nothing of planes!!"

"Unacceptable stay. Bed bugs in the room and cockroaches spotted during the night. Unable to sleep and reported immediately, but no alternative room was available, leaving me stuck in those conditions at 2am. Cleanliness is extremely poor and clearly not being managed to a basic standard. The surrounding area also feels unsafe with visible street disorder and anti-social behaviour, which significantly impacts the stay. Would not return and cannot recommend this property."

It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. "Nice hotel close to airport. Shuttle is very convenient as it departs about every 20 minutes. The room was nice, however, the air conditioning did not work as it was very hot in the room. Shower door was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, great place."
