"This was a delightful two nights! The hotel is not near the city centre but this is a good thing. Our family enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. There is a wonderful little park across the street with room to run and jump. The staff were excellent in their service, support and friendly demeanor. The rooms were large and comfortable while breakfast was more than adequate by European standards. You have access to Vienna by car and Hinterbruhl and Modling as well. "If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
