"After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. "This was the BEST hotel in Baru away from the craziness of Playa Blanca. Great food(natural), friendly staff. Snorkels, paddle board and kayaks were a boon for sure. The dreamcatcher vibe was cool and they had mats, blocks and space to do our yoga."

"Peaceful stay with great views and friendly staff I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Isla Soy. The location is excellent, with nice views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The hotel itself is great, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit — the service was one of the highlights. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be nice to have a few extra amenities or activities so the stay doesn’t feel limited if you’re there for several days....
