"Room was clean bed comfortable nice fluffy towels parking was good wi fi was good we had 2 teabags in the room for 2 night stay when we asked for more was offered 2 only had to ask could we have 2 more some staff were friendly others a bit miserable. "

"The hotel is in a beautiful location by Rutland Water and there is easy access to a lovely walk beside the lake. Our room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and we had a large bathroom with good quality towels and toiletries. However, the lighting in the room was very dim and this was not helped by the fact that the window looked out onto a wall. That said, breakfast was very good and there is ample parking. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area."

"Parking difficult due to event in hotel. We paid for an executive double room, the bed was very small and uncomfortable, definitely not a double so if booking be aware. Description indicates a restaurant, there is not one and breakfast is not served on a Monday. The location was ideal for where we wanted to go. We will not book again sorry."
