"There is an item listed on your breakfast menu that says build your own breakfast for $12.00. I added an egg ftom the $11.00 breakfast thinking it would fall into the “build your own” description. Guess not! I was charged $1.50 for the extra egg. HERE is the issue, question and comment. How can you have a menu item listed as “Build your own breakfast” with no parameters listed. How is the customer supposed to know where the limits are. Why couldn’t a customer say “ I want the build uour own...

"I would say that we got what we expected. Breakfast, service, room, amenities, everything was good - not great but good."

"The property was clean and easy to get to from the freeway. It is pet friendly so, if you are allergic to dogs, you may want to reconsider -- there were several dogs around during our stay. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of food. The one negative is there was no freshly made oatmeal. They had packets but you had to search for the hot water to fix it up. They had a fairly nice swimming pool/hot tub area but I had to ask for clean towels more than once in the three days we stayed."

"The whole place smelled like dogs. The 4th floor hallway smelled like burnt hair. The TV remote didn't work. The water was not drinkable. When we checked in, they told us about breakfast. Then when I went the next morning for breakfast, I was told there was a charge - after I had put breakfast on my plate. "

"The room was nice and clean. The worst part was the three story climb to our room with all our luggage. No elevators. We should have been informed of this before making the reservation. There were many other guests in the same situation. The staff was very uncaring and not helpful at all."

"Walking into the room, it looked pretty clean. There was a shelf to put stuff, side tables to charge phones, lights, a mini fridge and television. The shower was pretty tall and spacious, which my boyfriend enjoyed since he’s tall. There wasn’t many towels in the room, so my boyfriend went to go get more. They were accommodating. There wasn’t many towels only two little bars of soap in the bathroom. No shampoo or anything just incase people are wondering. The bathroom floor was also bubbling...

"We ALWAYS stay here on our trips to and from Las Vegas! The beds are excellent and breakfast is amazing with made to order omelettes! The past 2 times we have not received our wakeup calls ( fortunately we woke up in time)! This last time we repeatedly told the evening clerk that our phone had no dial tone! He had no idea how to connect the phone so we got no wakeup call! Otherwise every thing else was wonderful! The beds are amazingly comfortable btw!"

"Honestly the staff is amazing and nice. But the rooms are horrible!! It felt dirty and the restroom the same dirty And the sheets had an awful smell!"
