"Stylish and well-equipped luxury hotel next to the beach and close to the beautiful old town. Our room (junior suite sea view selected) was very comfortable with separate bath and shower, nice products and great views of the sea. There was a minor problem with the bathroom but we were quickly changed to a similar room type on the same floor. "Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "
