"It’s a paradise the place is old well maintained, ( although we didn’t get our bed made up or changed our towels) it a rough road to it, but it’s well worth it. The ladies at breakfast were very nice and complacent, on our arrival there were a young lady, that helped us with our luggage’s, I did get her name, and unfortunately we didn’t see her again to show her our appreciation."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"Cet hotel nous a volé une nuit. Apres une reservation en soiree où nous revenions de Ronda, le trafic des autobus touristique a retardé notre arrivée et nous avons reçu un message nous disant que la reception etait fermée. Croyez-le ou non, nous sommes arrivee la porte barree et personne pour nous ouvrir à 21:35. Nous avons dû louer un autre hotel pour la nuit. Le comble; ils ne veulent pas nous rembourser et ils ne retournent aucun de nos message! N’osez surtout pas!"

The location is perfect if you want to be close to Puerto Banús, but I really appreciated that it’s away from all the noise, so you can still relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Overall, a lovely place to stay and somewhere I’d happily return to. A special mention to Lilly, Maria, Morillo and Joanhi, who were absolutely...

"Amazing stay at Obal hotel! - honestly could not fault a thing and cannot recommend enough! - great location, lovely staff, super clean facilities. We will stay again here!"

"Hotel is gorgeous, love the decor and trendy 70s inspired design. Room was enormous and very well decorated, though lack of drawers meant difficult to fully unpack with only hanging space. Giant balcony which was in the sun all day and overlooked the pool. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt the service let the stay down overall. Whilst housekeeping were excellent, front desk/lobby staff were not forthcoming with checking in on our stay, helping with taxis etc. Bar service around the pool...
