"Habia una cucaracha en mi habitación y la señorita queria prestarme una escoba y recojedor para sacarla, siendo que era su responsabilidad, luego en la cama y en el piso habia no se si eran hormigas o pulgas, el baño super reducido no podias ni sentarte me tuve que sentar de lado, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, terrible les recomiendo no hospedarse aqui"

"Cuando llegue me dijeron que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajaban con hotels.com, que solo trabajaban con la competencia, entonces me toco en plena noche salir a buscar un hotel y lo logre hacer finalmente con la otra plataforma en otro hotel que si respetaron mi reserva, es una pesima experiencia ese hotel, no deberian ni considerar tenerlo en la plataforma, les recomiendo no confiar en el"

"This was the most beautiful, tranquil hotel with so much to do right on site. Everything was super clean and well-maintained and the staff was superb. We felt very cared for and attended to. The food was amazing. Some of the food comes from the property, like avocados, , and plátanos and mandarins! We absolutely loved the food and the drinks from the bar. "The peopwety is nor in Aemwnia. Its in Tebaldia, the address in the app is not the real address. The owner responded the day we arruves. I travelled with my elderly parents ans small child. We had to take two cabs to the property and the ownwr charged us $25 for cleaning and not the $4.25 listed. She charged theree times as much as we paud in the app for one day more. "
