Unfortunately the stay here was not good at all. From the fact that checkin was until 4pm, to the AC not working i itialky and the room was above 80° F + , to dirty linens on the bed to a broken sofa bed and on top of things having to knock on the door of a fwllow guest to get aome sort of communication with the Sonder team. Ive been a Bonvoy member and will now stay clear of the Sonder properties. Really bad experience overall. I am not one of these complainers on review but I had to rate it this way.

Clean, Comfortable and great service

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sonder property in Trastevere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed for our needs. The location made it easy to explore the neighborhood and the rest of Rome. When I had a small issue during our stay, I called the team and they resolved it right away — excellent service! Would happily stay here again.

Poor, poor service and accommodation

I think I've overpaid for that stay. I haven't felt this way about an accommodation before, I feel totally hoodwinked by sonder... Apparently all photos are Generic photos!! That is terrible. What we saw didn't represent the apartment we stayed in. Small things first: there was makeshift wooded rods holding up the step, screwed in and painted black, the stairs railing is held together by cable ties, and the shower was coming out of the wall. I have a video, (taken during the night) of the air-conditioning unit going into a fit before it sorts itself out and starts working again.This happened every night. I will never use sonder again while I have breath in my lungs, the way they just shrugged their shoulders and played it off as my issues.When i respectively contacted Sonder, i was treated as though i wanted a refund, which wasnt the case, i wanted to suggest that a mistake had occurred, then it turned disrespectful from their side, this was supposed to be superior, i dont think so..

Modern apartment with top notch appliencies.

Great newly renovated modern decor property in a very happening neighborhood. The only issue we had was that the check in was rather late (4pm) and when arriving from US on the overnight flight at 8 am, it was brutal to have to wait for that long.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! Easy zero complication on accessing the property. Room was more than expected and the best AC unit we had in all of Italy. Full kitchen and two full bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Even though the property is in the middle of Trastevere, you do not hear any noises down below. Streets filled with restaurants (De Fabrizio 56- was our favorite).We will absolutely be back to this property on our next visit to Rome.

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of the most beautiful and lively neighborhood in Rome. Accessed via a code, do not expect the usual check-in with a person. Owner is very responsive. They give you the option to check-in early (upon availability and a fee). The set up is beautiful - full kitchen, coffee machine, living room with TV, bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. The stais cracked a lot but it wasn’t an inconvenience for my family. AC on both levels which was a must for our trip. Towels were set up for 2 people. We asked for an extra set up and they brought them the next day. Location was perfect! 20 min walk to many iconic locations. Right across the building there is a restaurant, a Gelateria, ATM and a mini market. A few steps down the street you will find a beautiful church and other cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. Would definitely stay again when I return to Rome!

I would recommend this property any time! the impeccable condition of this apartment and building in general were outstanding. It was a family trip and we enjoyed it so much. A 2 story apartment, one spacious bathroom, and with working AC was the highlight of our summer trip. There is a restaurant, a gelato store and a mini convenient store right outside the property, but many other options withing walking distance. In Rome you must be very careful with properties that claim to be HOTELS, a lot of times they are dumps! Not this one, we are so happy we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all our friends.

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the space itself is very spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need. However, some of the furniture was not in great condition, and the stairs leading up to the gallery area were extremely creaky. Also, towels were not replaced during the stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Amazing experience

This place was great. It was in a great location. Had many restaurants nearby and a good atmosphere. The public transport was also like a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The only minor issue was 1 or 2 nights of the stay it could get noisy due to the busyness of the area but they do provide earplugs to block it out which i thought was a nice touch.

It was roomy unit for family and friends. However, there was one bathroom upstairs. Towels were old. Our unit faced to noisy street. We had a bit problem when check in. But operator is very quick to answer and solve any issues right away.

The flat was great, very clean, and very well equipped with everything you'd need. It's located in an amazing area with lots of coffe places and restaurants, and it only takes 15 to 25 minutes walking to get to the most famous places in Rome, and although the area the building is in can get very busy, the flat itself is always quiet. It's the perfect place to enjoy and explore the city!
