We were very impressed by the front desk staff, who were extremely friendly and polite. When we checked in, the receptionist proactively informed us that we had left an umbrella behind during a previous stay and arranged for it to be delivered straight to our room. We were so touched by their efficient lost-and-found system! The next morning after checking out, the staff kindly called a taxi for us, loaded our two heavy bags into the trunk, and even held an umbrella over us in the rain. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. We will definitely return whenever we need a hotel near Taoyuan Airport!
