The hotel is located in the centre of Norwich next to the cathedral, everything is in walking distance. Lovely setting. Food in the restaurant was a bit ordinary. The snacks at the bar were better. No room servicing unless requested and towel change and bin empty was facilitated by placing these in the hallway. Replacement towels and empty bin were there when we got back. Great value for money in a convenient location. Friendly staff and quickand easy check-in/out. There was a slight damp smell in the en suite and the kitchen had a wonky drawer, but otherwise perfect for us.
