The hotel was very clean, the rooms and lobby were well kept. It was hard to sleep because the walls were not very soundproof and there were people coming and going all night. A negative about the rooms is that there were no fans in the bathrooms. The other downfall was that the pool was not heated up but that was more of an electrical issue and staff was on top of getting that fixed when we were there, however due to it being so cold it never heated up in time before we left. The pool was a priority for me in choosing the hotel we stayed at.

Good value, comfortable stay

This was a nice place to stay for a night while visiting someone at Ft. Leonard Wood. The pillows were super flat but the bed was great, and the room was generally clean and comfortable.

Our check engine light came on the night before we were to drive 500 miles home. The woman at the desk deftly helped us find a few options for local mechanics in the morning. She stepped up and helped us get on the road safe and on time. Thanks!

The ‘secure’ door that should only open with key was unlocked the whole time. The entry had the same dead bugs, including a 4in grasshopper all 3 days. Staff was nice & breakfast selection was good. Our room was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful stay!

My family of 4 stayed overnight as we passed through on a road trip. The hotel was perfect! Checked in at 10:15 pm after a long day of driving. Small lobby & breakfast area was updated and clean. Room was extremely clean and smelled fresh! Carpet, furniture, bathroom, etc were all updated. I usually never walk on hotel carpet without shoes, but I felt comfortable to do so here and my feet stayed clean. Bedding was clean with a comfy duvet. Bed was fairly firm, but not rock hard. 5 places to plug in chargers on night stand and desk. The bathroom was spotless! Instead of a tub/shower it was a walk in shower with glass sliding doors (I thought, how do they keep them so clean!) 4 bath towels, 3 hand towels and wash rags. Air conditioning worked well to keep the room nice and cool. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked clean. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. See pics. Scrambled eggs, egg bites or quiche (?), sausage, oatmeal, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, english muffins, gluten free muffins & bagels, regular & chocolate milk, orange, apple, & cranberry juices, & coffee. There was an awesome assortment of toppings you could put on the oatmeal or yogurt. They had all the regular breakfast condiments plus Nutella, peanut butter, honey, sugar free syrup, and even salsa for the eggs. The coffee area had a variety of creamers and sugars, hot water with a few tea options, and hot chocolate packets. I highly recommend this hotel!
