Vecchio

L'hotel sembra il reparto geriatrico di un ospedale. Età media sui 70 anni. La struttura é molto vecchia. Stanza vecchia e piccola, male odorante (puzza di fumo costante) con moquette per terra che contribuisce alla puzza della stanza. Bagno vecchio, nella doccia il doccino era rotto. Sul letto mancava il coprimaterasso. C'era solo un lenzuolo a diretto contatto col materasso. Sul letto matrimoniale c'erano due piumini singoli divisi invece che un piumino matrimoniale. Materasso scomodissimo. Colazione varia e abbondante ma di qualità abbastanza scadente. La spa è semplicemente imbarazzante. Vecchia, sporca, disordinata e rumorosa. Piscina troppo luminosa, sporca, acqua fredda (a gennaio). Una delle due vasche idromassaggio non funzionante. Lettini con cuscini sporchi, macchie di sporco dove si appoggia la testa. Nel centro medico dell'Hotel la giovane receptionist del 30 e 31 dicembre è stata estremamente maleducata, irrispettosa e arrogante. Note positive: il ristorante kaiser molto buono e posizionato in una location elegante. Lo staff parlava italiano. Televisione con canali italiani. Per concludere, non mi capacito delle 4 stelle superior date a questo hotel vecchio e fatiscente. Non torneremo sicuramente.

Very decent Hotel

Nice Stay and helpful staff. I wish the mattress were more comfortable, I am use to more comfortable US beds in a hotel with this hotels standards. The sauna area needs updating, but i see they are bringing on. The hotel has been kept in nice shape.

Sehr gute Lage in Kurort

Hotel hat alle Einrichtungen: Pool, Dampfbad, Sauna, Schönheitsbehandlungen etc. Halbpension in Ordnung, nichts Außergewöhnliches . Betten relativ hart.
