"Hair in the bathroom and on towels, the desk chair was damaged with bolts sticking through (I did not notice this until after I sat in it) and needs to be replaced before someone is injured, the floors were also dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 slices of bread, hot tea bags with no water and all the coffee and ice you could dream of. "

"Room was clean but smelled of musty socks. Television wasn't working. I was told by the front desk staff that I might need to unplug the HDMI cables and switch them around. I did this try a few things and it still wouldn't work. Just ended up not watching tv. The ice maker on the third floor did not work. Shower dial that displayed hot and cold was loose and just spun freely. "

"Staff was friendly we had no running hot water for the duration of our stay which we drove 3 1/2 hours for a baseball tournament 3 days. Others that had been staying there said it had almost been a week with no running water. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool like we hoped due to them trying to fix or replace the water heaters. The hotel did have good air conditioning room was very cold and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. "

Hallway remodeling during last week of February with strong glue odor. Should be dissipated by now.
