初日からドライヤー　TVリモコンなし　何度か頼んでようやく持ってきてくれた 洗面所のコップ　初日にペカペカの使い捨てのコップがあり、以後交換なし コーヒーメーカーはあるが２日目　コーヒー、クリーム、コップ補充なし　クレイムを入れてようやく持ってきてくれる ６連泊なので　３日目にシーツ、カバーの交換を頼むが以後何度頼んでも最後まで交換なし シャワールームの排水が詰まったので見て欲しいと頼んだが、きてくれなかったのでこちらで対処(髪毛等の除去)しなければならなかった 部屋がフロントの横なので四六時中やかましかった その上　上階からの音と思われるシャワー音、目覚まし音など丸聞こえ ゴミ箱　２日目中身は捨ててあったが中袋なし、３日目はゴミ箱はゴミが入ったまま放置 部屋にメモ帳、ペンが備わっていない

Unique? Fitness-centric. Minimal creature comforts. No towel racks in bathroom. Knob to turn on the shower and the shower head were at the opposite end of the moving tub/shower door. No opportunity to turn on and adjust the shower before stepping in. There were no lamps only wall sconces. Needed larger trash cans. Only one chair and it was an office-type chair on wheels. No clock in the room. Coffee maker was plugged in but didn't work. Room and common areas were very clean. fitness

Very convenient to most things including great food and shopping. The staff were very professional and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay, but it seemed like the room felt damp due to the humidity between the heat and ac. So the floor seemed wet at times and the air felt sticky.

Everything was going great. My wife and I stayed for 10 nights unfortunately on the 8th night we decided to use my in-law’s car and nobody from the hotel informed us we couldn’t park in front of the hotel (even though I asked day one where could I park) the answer was we could park anywhere. The car was towed costing us $150 plus a $60 Uber ride. The dissatisfaction of this is if the fact that front desk just said all you need is piece of paper that allowed us to park in an area. Aside from this the hotel was great loved my room and location was not disappointing we had food, shopping and bank in walking distance

The sign said hotel was on Rockville pike but the hotel was off the street. There was not a great amount of parking options. The rooms were nice and clean.

Clean, but scary creepy parking garage
The man at the front desk was wonderful, kind, and friendly. The room was clean and appropriately stocked. Whomever wrote the Welcome sign on the white board in the room misspelled the city, but it was still a nice touch. What I need to call out is the terrible parking garage you have to park in. It feels like the next location for an episode of Law & Order: SVU. Dim, creepy, and even had a flashing light blinking on and off as you enter the upper deck area for the hotel guests. The elevator made a "BAM! Squealllll...ding sound on literally every floor (and you have to park on the 5th or 6th floor). Once leaving the garage you then walk through a dimly lit parking lot to get into the hotel. In spite of all the other nice things about the hotel and staff, as a woman, I did not feel safe having to park there and as a result wouldn't stay there again. Wish I'd taken pics of the garage to share, but I just wanted to get in and out of there as fast as possible.

Comfortable but sterile feeling. Most distressing was their attempt to add $18 overnight parking fee at check in for parking in “our garage”. Or parking free 5 minute walk away. This looked a bit like extortion to me. I made some “noise” and they waived the fee to allow me to park in any 15 minute parking spot (but not in their garage). I don’t trust these people and would not recommend the hotel or stay there again.

Disappointing with hidden charges
Very disappointing with hidden costs. The advertisement for this hotel on Hotels.com website makes it look much more upscale than it is. Although it does explain there are parking fees it doesn't explain parking is in a structure on the other side of a shopping mall lot, without direct entry into the hotel. Because it was a snowy, freezing weekend this was problematic. But most alarming was to be hit (upon check-in) with a $75 pet fee. Which was NOT stated on Hotels.com website; hotel is listed as Pet Friendly without provisos. The restaurant, which they boast about was CLOSED all weekend. Only food for sale was grab-and-go snackfood/junkfood. To add insult to injury, they actually charged for coffee and tea. $4 for one teabag. Seriously. They seem understaffed; only one person at the front desk, no porter help provided. Took them over an hour to clean up a mess in the elevator. This was way below expectation and reputation of this prestigious hotel chain.
