The room including the bathroom was clean. Had all amenities and basic needs and even coffee and water. The location was ideal since it was close to shops and cafes and the surroundings were nice. The staff was friendly, attentive and had regular room service. Had a pleasant stay :)

Clean and Quiet, even though it is next to the main road (the room was on the other side of the building from the main road) restaurants and pub were close enough to walk to. Position is next to the River and good pathways. We would use this motel again. Price was great.

Property was under electrical construction with no proper lighting in stairwells. No staff on duty early evening or early morning. This place does not have an elevator if you check in after 5:30 and it is a one or two flights of stairs to get to the first and second floors. Price point was good and rooms were reasonably quiet for being next to a main road overpass.

Even though the hallways and stairwells needed work the room was clean and tidy. However our king size bed was made up of 2 single beds which wouldn't be a problem except one side was higher than the other and one side was quite hard on the mattress.

Bathroom clean and quite functional, bed and linen clean and ok. However, because of the noise outside the owners decided to soundproof the windows which means that they can not be opened. Ever. So the only ‘fresh air is via an aircon unit. This is a serious impediment for us. Corridors dark and dingy. So here is a good example that you get what you pay for - dated and very basic.
