"Our Airline flight came in late due to inclement weather 12 AM, we were promptly picked up by hotel shuttle. Checkin was quick, We were welcomed with two hot fresh Doubletree cookies!!!! Our room was in excellent condition, our bed was comfortable. The hotel staff in the morning gave us advice on which bus to take to get to Jamacia station. Thank you,"

"Yes the room spotless, shèets were clean and towels are clean and ever 2 days. The evening checked December 12th in she was in point. She was professional, courteous and she made me comfortable. I was going to 7seven, later, a gentleman (he was not working but I assumed he was a crew) he helped instructions to store .(he gave me couple ketchups 2 condiments packages). She,he and I laughed small talked. I that 5 minutes my day. Breakfast was good (bacon and eggs could nice) You don't have a 5 star hotel, a view, luxury suite, room service...You can have a company,CEO or one owner can have in an accordance. Work ethics, morals,feelings, compassion, love and God. Thank you Qualily "

"Great room and friendly staff. Very convenient only 8 minutes from the airport and they offer a 24 hour shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes. Would stay again. "

"Cleanliness "

"Excellent property and the owner is very nice! We were visiting from Texas and never have been to Long Beach before. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. The location of the home is perfect and can walk to the beach about two blocks away. There is a laundry mat around the corner and can knock out your laundry fast. Also tons of restaurants around that are all mom and pop run and the food is really good. You can park right in front of the house and has a nice patio to sit on the deck and can hear the ocean from it. Also owner went out of her way to accomodate our special need requests and was very informative to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much again! "
