The stay was ok. Had to wait to be checked in due to no one at desk bc she was cleaning the room that we got. Asked for clean towels but didn't get any. Need a pool!!!

Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, well thought out space, friendly/responsive staff, and reasonably priced. I needed somewhere to stay for a week while relocating. This was perfect for an extended stay. I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it.

I’ve stayed here several times and this is my favorite place to stay while I’m in Rock Hill. Very clean property, clean rooms, very spacious…. Apartment basically. Complete with a dishwasher. Very spacious for families.

Staff is very accommodating. This is my 3rd stay at this property and I have always been pleased. This last stay, I requested a room change and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay again. It is more like an apartment than a hotel.

Best place ever

My son and I was visiting his son who was admitted into the hospital on Tuesday, July 5. We first stayed at Wood spring in Gastonia, NC. on the 4th and it was horrible. Then I found this on Hotel.com. It was all to he comfort of home.

Blood stains and urine stains on the sheets and bed. Napkins laying on the floor. Definitely hadn't been cleaned. Crumbs in the bed. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The property does not have staff onsite from 9 pm to 9 am. All of the towels in our room were dirty and there was no way to get clean.

The area was nice. The hotel was understaffed and my room was not that clean. The sheets had weird stains, the floor was dusty, and the hot/cold water knob in the shower was on backwards. also the TV was an inconvenience when connecting gaming consoles (hotel welcome screen took up most of the screen leaving a small window for the game and/or tv shows to watch through). The walls were thin enough to hear conversations, people stomping upstairs and closing doors in the next room. Even though the staff was nice, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice having a full kitchen but wished it had been better stocked. No dresser or suitcase stand in bedroom, no Kleenex, bedside light bulb out, but just small stuff really. Worst things were thin walls, noise from next door rooms. I never found an elevator although they may have one. Door didn’t lock unless I lifted handle hard.

New property

New hotel, suits equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very Good bedding. Towels a little on the rough side. Loved the water pressure and shower. Fast, hot water. Tub was slippery, rubber floor mats could be a great thing to add. Kitchen is fantastic, appliances are excellent. Big TVs on living area and room… but thin walls and floors between the rooms. At 2am I had to knock the wall of the guest next so they turn down the TV volume. Thank God he immediately did understand and turned it off. Besides that everything looks very modern I loved the smell of a brand new property. No elevator to the second floor. Gym needs more equipment and mirrors. Big parking lot. Easy to get in and get out, just off to the 77th. I didn’t have a wonderful welcome experience (it was average) but got a call the day after from Michelle who was very understanding and apologetic. She made herself available if I needed anything and asked how I found my room. I think that was great from her. I did asked for a late check out and they kindly let me stay for another hour. I would recommend the property specifically for a long stay.
