An unpleasant surprise: 1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill 2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees" These are cheesy methods for owner to make a few extra dollars "

"The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. The exterior appearance was very unkept. The pool was not available “until further notice”. The fitness room had 3 machines, 1 of which was broken. "

"The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. "
