The hotel was a great property in a great part of town. Front desk staff were very friendly, they gave me a late check out without any problems.

Wyndham Rochester Downtown
No ice in the hotel. Every ice machine was broken. Refrigerator and microwave missing from the room. Shower curtain missing from the room. Could not shower. 2 towels for 4 people. Would not recommend this hotel
