"This old mansion had potential but it was really worn out and tired. As an example the carpets were filthy dirty. They have not been cleaned or vacuumed in a very long time. Walls needed to be painted or scrubbing to be fresh. My pillow was very very firm. Like a rock so I didn't sleep well."

The restaurant was closed the night I was there but both the restaurant and bar looked charming. I loved the character and vibe of the hotel and my room. My room was spacious, very comfortable and had a sea view. Loved everything."

"Accommodations were very clean! AC was good. parking was good, but tight for 2 cars as we rented the 2 bedroom suite, so we had 3 couples in 2 cars. So, we were not sure how to park for 2 cars and needed to park one of the cars at another location. please leave spare garbage bags to use for the trash bucket in the kitchen as the trash started to overflow on the 3rd day of our visit.
