"the shuttle to the mayo was great however you have to plan for at least 1 hr for the return trip. The down fall is that so many people in Rochester going to the mayo may be in a wheelchair, like myself and a very rare amount of shuttles form hotels are handicap accessible. This hotel work because I did not join my husband."

"Booked the property for the underground parking, it was sold out! Very misleading. Power went out during the night, not the staffs fault but surprised there was no generator, hotel was pitch black!"
