"The first time I’ve stayed here for a few years as id started to use the Hilton in Ashford recently. Very impressed with this hotel now. It’s had a makeover and I’ll now be switching back. Very nice stay and very friendly staff too… excellent stay"

"The trek to our room was bad. We took the lift. Good. Then....we had to transverse a long corridor, then through anothher door, up a short flight of stairs, then another corridor!
