"No place to sit that was nice to have a glass of wine with friends. The gravel parking lot and environs are a little seedy."

"When I booked this room, I did not realize the historical significance of this inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The structure itself is very old, but they have done a lot of remodeling to make the room and facilities nice and comfortable. It's like something out of a time capsule. It was such a thrill to get to stay in such an historic place. Would definitely stay there again!"

"From our first contact, Brandon, the owner, was most helpful in arranging our stay. Our room was well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were varied, customized to our tastes, and high quality. Brandon’s tips on what to see and do were tailored to our interests. After expressing our interest to visit a local museum that was closed, Brandon called the owner and arranged for the caretaker to let us in and give us an introduction to the history All the spaces in the Inn and surrounding garden were comfortable and offered a variety of things to do"
