Kawarau Bridge, where the roots of bungy jumping lie. I was not brave enough to even consider a jump, but it was cool just watching other people do it.
Stopped of on the drive to Wanaka over the crowne range. Stunning views.
The Crown Range is an incredible mountain pass in the Southern Lakes region and this viewpoint see a lot of visitors stop and take a moment. The mountains bisect each other quite magically and on a recent trip over the pass I just had to stop when the whole scene was made all that more dramatic with layers of inverted cloud floating in the valley below. #NewZealand #Otago #CrownRange

Our studio suite was excellent. For a week of hiking and biking the inroom laundry and kitchen were perfect. Super comfy king bed and pillows. The shower pressure was wonderful! Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent view. But the property is a bit tired and needs a little TLC. Was a bit odd that the ensuite didn’t have a toilet in it, and you had to go out in the hallway to a shared one.
