Amazing experience!

They were very friendly, room is very nice, but the view was at construction area. I enjoyed my stay an amazing staff! Specially the staff during national day dinner and the organizers were really great! Very good food!

Great Hotel, Great Team

Thank you to all the Radisson team who has been looking after us during our business stay. The hotel is nice including a nice in-door pool with steaming and sauna. Breakfast is also very nice with many different food types to start the day. A great thank you to the cleaning team and to Jony who always took great pride in cleaning the bedroom and left something special for when you come back. He put a smile on my face every evening after a long day at work. Thank you Jony, you made such a difference to my day.The slippers are also ogf great quality, the best ones I had for a long time. All these little touches make a difference to your stay. There is also a wonderful japanese restaurant next door, Wakame, well worth a visit

Really bad front office staff. Did not want to give me early check in despite three nights of confirmed booking despite i being tired from the night flight. Asked money and bargained and finally allowed the early check in on hefty payment when earlier they said if the room is available they will give early check-in at no cost. Terrible guest management by the front office. Avoid the hotel.

Bad experience, noises due to a construction near

Bad experience, their is a mega construction project close to the hotel and noises are terrible, the electricity disconnected for 2 hours at 4 am without having generators as a substitute, in addition to that the elevators was not working after my breakfast and waited for 40 minutes in the lobby till fixed.

It was so expensive! 1320 SAR for a room with a very loud sound (because of construction). They asked me to change my room 3 times in 3 days (0 collaboration and communication). I was All day out and when back, room not cleaned although I requested the service. With such an amount, you will expect better service

Stayed for 3 nights The hotel itself is very clean The breakfast was really really good The staff service or more the front desk wasn’t that efficient as I went with a friend and booked 1 room twin beds but got a double bed pointed this out but was told I could have a bed sent to the room for 180 sar just for the night Which wasn’t acceptable so we had to share the double bed and the bed got changed the night after free of charge, so was puzzled why they wanted to charge me the 1st night for a extra bed
