Though the hotel is not brand new, but is being kept in great condition. The Staff is fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, 100% quality. The gym could be upgraded/refurbished, but overall would definitely recommend this hotel

Permitted to sleep when notified after flight!

The hotel staff were very attentive and made certain that I had everything that I needed. The tranquility of the Palace in the evening was perfect - despite the hotel renovations being done. Care was taken to be certain that noise was kept to an absolute minimum. Thank the staff profusely for their kindness! I always contact the IHG Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace or Crowne Plaza Al Waha when I travel to the Kingdom. The service is always impeccable!
