I liked that the cleaning was A plus but, I was not happy with calling "front desk" or "Wakeup" from the room phone, to find that, no one ever answers the phone unless I called the hotel phone number from your cell phone.
I also was not happy with finally speaking with someone at the front desk, who told me that there were no late check out times allowed but, then, when others called after I checked out, (as I stood in front of the employee), she would tell each caller who requested late check different rules. She told one caller that they would be charged $20 every 15 min that they stayed late. She then, told another caller that, they could have an extra 15 min with no charge.
It's like, she pick and chose who could stay and who couldn't. Shady business practices!
This is a ok place to stay if you only need 1 night but the bed was hard as bricks and very uncomfortable.
The only reason I stayed was because it was only for 1 night and because it was super clean!
The cleaning crew needs raises as they really do a great job!
I dont think that, I've ever seen a hotel this clean.
Overall, my check in Lady was not happy or inviting, upon my calling to let her know that I would be arriving late but then, once I arrived she was nice.
Phone presence can be a real turn off. I suggest training for phone presence, as well as, training to answer the phone at all times even the calls coming from rooms.
