"I travel a lot for work. This property served it's purpose the 4 days I needed to be there, but it was really run down. With that you almost always experience paper thin walls and a large gap between the bottom of the room door and floor, which does not help with noise either. Elevator was down the first night (took the stairs from there on so I'm not sure if/when it was fixed during my stay). Room felt clean and bed was comfortable; pillows were not comfortable (very thin). Otherwise, the room itself did not feel maintained and with obvious signs of wear and tear. Conveniently located directly off the highway, but in a super shady part of town. Not the worst I've ever experienced, but this is more of a $60 per night hotel, rather than the average $93 room price I paid ($144 Sat night, $76 all others). All in all, I wouldn't stay there again. Hope this helps."

"Upon checking, the check-in the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The room was roomy and comfortable. The complimentary shower gel was completely out and conditioner was just about empty. No safe in room. Breakfast was meager to say the least. Didn’t offer much at all and not very appetizing. Could use improvement. Staff working breakfast area not friendly at all. Overall a good stay…could use improvement."

"The staff was so nice. It was so nice to have complimentary dinner & breakfast. Beds and pillows were great. Shower had great water pressure. Parking felt safe. The only thing I could say negative, restaurant floors needed a good mopping. "

"I think that was probably my last time booking a cheap room because you really get what you pay for. I would like for the housekeepers to take more pride in their job as well. Walls were very thin I heard people arguing all night just about and one of my wash towels hand lots of blonde hair on it… "

"The front desk clerk that checked us in around 3 pm was extraordinarily helpful and kind. She did make sure to advise us that there is no front desk staff after 9 pm and made sure that we understood how to contact someone in case of any issue. That was red flag number 1. We left and returned around 8:30 pm with dinner, and there were multiple vagrants around entrance that did try to engage myself (38/f) and my daughter (7). The front desk was already closed. That night we went to shower and get ready for bed when we realized that the towels in my room looked like they were dirty/stained with grease and old lipstick, though folded/placed nicely. We luckily had towels of our own to use. There are ZERO amenities - no shampoo/body wash. One tiny bar of hand soap only. When we tried to go to sleep, all I can say is those walls are ridiculously thin. We heard EVERYTHING in the hallway (which smelled heavily of marijuana). Additionally, the hotel is very close to an airport, so airport and train noises throughout the night. Not much sleep was had, and the icing on the cake was a domestic violence incident on our floor with police response... which I was alerted by another hotel the next day is a common occurrence here. Overall felt very unsafe. I had two day accommodations and I left after 10 hours. I didn't even bother with a refund... it was not worth it. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for.""

"Breakfast was good, the attendant was so efficient, couldn’t believe one person prepared it by herself. Staff at front desk greeted you professionally and was so accommodating. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The only negative was the Airport shuttle, which needed to be cleaned and vacuum inside and out. The manager gave 5 diamond service to and from the airport. "
