"Overall will never stay again. The room was okay. But the ice machine not working. The pool was green the pool pump was loud as ever all night long. Sounded like someone was getting a phone calls all night long. The cleaning crew tryed to come into our room a 9:00 am even though our check out wasn’t until 11:00. The continental breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. And the breakfast is what I look for in our stays. The ice machine was broken. Would have thought it was fixed after 9 months from previous review. Unfortunately the pictures in the add do not do this property justice. Will never stay here again. "

"The hotel has a beautiful view, and from the patio you can enjoy a wide view of the lake. The whole property feels very quiet, safe, and peaceful, and it was even nice to take a walk outside at night. The bathtub was incredibly large, bigger than any hotel bathtub I have ever seen, even bigger than the one at my home, and soaking in it was amazing. The only small issue was that the heating in one of our rooms (211) did not work very well, although the heating in the other room (221) was very strong, so hopefully the staff can check and fix that."

"This hotel was great; it is extremely close to the freeway and is noisy. The staff did not inform us of certain policies that would have helped with future stays, but overall the hotel was nice and had easy access to the freeway. The breakfast was a hot breakfast."
