"Staff member that checked us in the night of our stay was very friendly and helpful, explained everything about the facility and also gave us extra towels for my son who played a game prior to our stay so he could shower and relax before bed."
"The girl at the check in counter was super busy with multiple guests having issues, but she did a great job of prioritizing. She knew one guest was going to take longer than a minute so asked if she can hang on while she looked into her issue, then she checked me in pretty quickly. The room was clean and efficient for what we needed, we only stood one night. We didn't go down for the free breakfast so can't comment on that."
"The bds were a little on the soft side
But we stillgot a good ice sleep. The breakfast
was a nice touch and tge staff always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely stay at tge hotel if we arein Wisconsin again
