"We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. So at around 12:15, we had to pack up everything and move to another room. Also, there was one washcloth and one makeup washcloth for the two of us, when usually with two people you have at least four washcloths. By that time it was around 1 o'clock in the morning."

"Room was clean. The shower drain wasn’t working and the tub was more than ankle deep at the end of my shower. When we told the staff, she said, “Oh yea, that one is tricky.” Breakfast was minimal. No protein at all. We ate at The Table on Main instead. We will go back to the Radisson whenever we can. "

There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."
