"Excellent customer service upon check in. Lori (sp?) was great!! Nice breakfast for sure; well stocked! Room was clean! Parking lot could use some additional lighting and litter maintenance/garbage cans if I had ti make a suggestion. Will be back!!"

"We stayed in the King balcony Riverview room. The view on the river and lift bridge were excellent. We were on the 2 floor, and got to meet some of the other guests with balconies also; great shade in the afternoon/evening; a partial wall provides some privacy. Soundproofing only seemed to be an issue with the door into the hall. You could hear quite a bit, but not the neighbors next door. Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. Charlie's had a unique entrance from the hotel. When on the balcony, there was definitely some interesting people watching especially during night life. Overall, it was the perfect trip. Only downside was that the freaky painted parking lot spaces were only big enough for a car without room to get in and out. Many people made their own lines."
