"Chris at front desk was terrible and rude."

"Breakfast was well rounded with hot food as well as bread bagels and a plentiful supply of cereal including many kids’ varieties. Depending on your reservation, it’s either free or low cost. Bar/restaurant has a nice menu. Opens daily at 1 pm. Slightly Slow service for meals but substantial servings and tasty. Good drinks! Nice large pool and surroundings. Spacious common areas. Contemporary furnishings in clean rooms. Not ordinary “ hotel chain” decor. You’ll be happy choosing this destination! "

"I did not stay under this reservation, and have been trying since 3/26 to have this reservation canceled and refunded, due to the fact that a duplicate reservation was inadvertently made. I do not feel I have gotten the proper amount of attention in this matter and it seems to have been bounced around to different individuals who may or may not understand the details. "

"This property is special in many ways. The history the service the cleanliness.. one of my favorite hotels.. The beach is one of the nicest in Florida "

"The place is nice. They are under construction so some of the beach access is a longer walk but didn’t really affect our trip. Overall it was a nice place. The food was good and there are options. staff was great. The room was clean and service came in everyday to make the beds. "

"Free Breakfast is a good perk. I'm thinking this hotel struggles when it is at full capacity. The pool was the real issue. Very difficult to get lounge chairs as people would save them with towels then dissappear for hours. Kids throwing/whipping balls across the pool surface was another issue. Finally, we were on the 3rd floor by the elevator. Every day it was a staging area for housekeeping. Bins, staff hanging around in the halls, etc. "

"Seating is horrible, all the chairs were all so low to the ground. I’m 67, cannot sit in your rediculous chairs, couldn’t sit by the fire. Also, really at 230.00 a night, there was no coffee bar. Yes coffee in the room but really, not a free cup of coffee. I wouldn’t recommend your place, ever"

"Our room was very clean and large. All appliances have been updated including the in room large washer and dryer. I wrote down our room number for any travel plans in the future. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean and new. The location was perfect. However the shower was flooding the bathroom to the point where it was reaching the threshold into the room. I contacted the staff who sent a maintenace person. The said the shower was missing some kind of gasket. I also think it was not draining properly. I ask for more towels to contain the water but they did not bring enough . In fact they brought kess including no rags. By day 3 it was really. One time i called and the person at the desk was sort of rude saying they could check me out like i had somewhere else to ho. Finally a different maintenace guy showed up and was able to piece meal some stuff from other showers. It did not totally solve the problem but it was better. Finally later that night they brought sufficent towels but was leaving the next day. The whole experience just distracted from my vacation. I have text and pictures as that is how you interact with the desk. I would also recommend a microwave and a long mirror. Overall the place is nice but unfortunately my stay was not up to par because of the shower."
