"The property is at a very calm place and has been running since 1650 which is amazing fact. The room I’ve stayed in was a attic converted into a room. The room and bed was good but felt a old smell which needs made it feel that it needs a room freshner across the rooms and houses. There was good and spacious car park and within 10-15 min drive from lot of English heritage sites. I would like to see a bottled water in rooms along with towels as it felt wrong to grab water from sink. The staff...

Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. "Overall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isn’t easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. "
