We couldn’t fault the service and how pleasant the staff were. My only niggle was the fried eggs in the morning could have been better if kept heated on the buffet. But overall and excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and great quality."

"We arrived late evening by train so being able to enter the hotel directly from the station was a big bonus. Check in was smooth and efficient, the friendly staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the mattress and pillows very comfortable. "All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing. The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes. Excellent service from excellent staff. Looking forward to staying again. "
