"There are many options available in the area, but this property had the best ratings over others by a lot and that was the reason why I picked it. This is an older property, but very well maintained and loved. Rooms are upgraded and spotless clean and the owner was friendly and accommodating. Rooms could use some touch up paint job that is about. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Room is out dated, but clean. Room serviced daily. The bed was comfortable. Building could use some cosmetic repairs. But for the price I paid, the room was fine. Vending machines, ice machines and washer/dryer on site. Pool looked clean, too cold to go in. Breakfast was good; make your own waffles, cold/hot cereal, prepackaged pastries, juice options and coffee that was actually pretty decent. Overall I would stay again. "

"The pool looked very clean, I didn't go in. Tub, shower was very clean. Room had a slight smell that I got used to quickly. I was there for 11 days visiting family in nearby hospital. Very basic breakfast, but did the job. Coffee maker in room was also keurig. Room titled as having a wet bar had a lot of space. For the price it was fine."

"The room was very clean and orderly. Just some old furniture with minor scratches. Some buckling tiles but a nice place to stay. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere and lobby. Check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff. Very good prices and affordable. I would recommend that anyone that would like to have a quiet restful moment to themselves book a stay at the Sleep Inn. The hotel is close to the Ringling Art museum as well as the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport."
