"I am glad I stayed at this site for the experience but would not go there again. The main king bed we had was awful, they need to replace the mattress, it sunk in places and uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on the 2nd floor twin bed. We were not expressed by the food, very expensive and we selected the chicken the one thing we could find to eat. The waitress was a disaster, she couldn’t remember which table got what food. She brought our dessert to a different table. When it came time to pay she stood over you while you entered your credit card info to pay and selected tip amount. Very strange"

"Rooms look just like the photo - large and beautiful! It was very clean as well. There is no staff per se - you get a code before arrival to unlock your cabin door. I had a question and called the phone number on the reservation and got a guy - not sure where he was - and he was able to help me. Parking could not be easier - with assigned spots very close to your door. I will let T-Mobile cell phone customers know there is ZERO cell service at this place and in town - at least as of April 29, 2026. "

"We stayed in this charming place for several nights. The location for visiting Bryce Canyon, Scenic HWY 12, and Capital Reef was perfect. Archie was very helpful and took care of all requests including best places to eat around Tropic - The Showdowns restaurant was excellent! The only somewhat negative thing is the walls aseem thin - one may here their neighbors conversations or TV."
