"We enjoyed our night at Avani! We were surprised with a bottle of champagne at check in and we had a deluxe, corner room, that had a fantastic view of the canal. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we asked."

"All the stairs were very difficult to walk, I have bad knees, and I was never told that there were this many stairs. I was told that there was an elevator that went straight to our room. Our sheets were very dry and hard however we did love the hotel and the location. It was very clean and the staff was very nice."

"Reception area had constant sewage smell. Bedrooms had good size but tiny bathrooms to the point that i had to remove toilet roll for the toilet seat to be able to close as kept being in the way. "

"Loved the hotel's outdoor terrace—it was such a nice touch. The room was spacious with large windows and plenty of natural light, and the beds were very comfortable. The blackout screens made a big difference, and the lounge area was cozy and relaxing"
