"I loved the look of the building inside and outside. Their breakfast was very good but I think it was a little pricey at $18 a person. I was able to find breakfast for a little less at the surrounding cafes. The self check in was easy. I have read complaints about the rooms and service but they always responded to me quickly through WhatsApp. I did have some issues with my original room. One of the curtains was torn, the cold box was not working and there was a fairly large tear in the carpet...

"Utmärkt läge, frukost med brett sortiment, vänlig personal och rum med utrymme. Kommer gladeligen tillbaka till både Riga och detta hotell! Det enda som jag ser som förbättringsområden är att det i duscharna på SPA:et inte finns tvål samt att bubbelpoolen var aningen kall, men det är petitesser i sammanhanget."

"Staff were very helpful and professional. We had a room overlooking the courtyard it was quiet, it had everything you need and would expect from a Radisson Blu hotel (including effective air con). The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I really liked the bronze and red velvet touches in the room. Housekeeping was excellent. "La experiencia ha sido buena. La ubicación es perfecta y la decoración antigua es un gran acierto pero debería mejorar la limpieza en general de las habitaciones y que intentarán hacer mejor las camas. Valoro el que pongan botellas para rellenar con agua fría y tener té o café disponibles en las habitaciones.
