"Place was ideal for business, transportation & shopping"

"The property management folks were on the grounds everyday and although its largely a self service property, they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. The hotel also sits right next to major freeways a rail-lines which is awesome! Great experience"

"Nice hotel with supermarket and restaurants nearby"

"Modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, saubere Zimmer, kompetentes und freundliches Personal, alles top"

"The room was on ground floor, with a lot of noise of the students outside. I spotted 2 bugs in the room (kitchen and bathroom). The room quality was fine but these were the minuses. The people were lovely in the reception."

"The hotel was modern, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, attended by exceptionally attentive staff. The reception staff were professional and helpful."

"This place is a great place . I will stay there the next time I visit Frankfurt . The staff was nice , the room was clean , breakfast was great and the location is great ."

"In person, the staff were friendly, and helpful. But when communicating through email, they are quite unresponsive. Our family rooms were excellent. Two separate rooms, with our own private hallway. Location was very convenient in the Westend (financial district). We had international cuisines nightly - Japanese: Earth Tokyo (superb ramen). Chinese: 老成都 Szechuan, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese. Shopping area in Goethestraße. Close to Frankfurt airport. Parking, even though is attached to the...

Guter Preis."

"I missed a connecting flight in Frankfurt and went on line in a pinch to get a hotel for the night which happened to be the West, what a great decision I made! The staff was friendly and accommodating when I arrived. The hotel is a beautifully renovated building, joining old with new, I wish I could have stayed for a week but caught a flight the next morning! I will for sure return to the West when in Frankfurt. If you like personal service as if you were staying with your favorite Aunt, try the...
