The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zermatt which could save your money.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff really good food and amazing location. The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience.
