"The whole place was dirty from the lobby through the elevators. The hallway carpeting was disgustingly dirty. The carpets were dirty and unraveling at the transition. The floors were dirty, there was buildup on the baseboards. The shower caulking was coming off with mold in it. There was mold in the tile grout and on the shower curtain as well. At least the bed was comfortable very disappointing experience. Very noisy! Would like to request a refund."

"There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. Water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Pooling of water in the hallways. Desk chair was unusable. Otherwise, good property. :)"

"The front desk personnel was inattentive and disengaged during check in. We called the front desk several times for assistance/information and received a busy signal each time. When we walked to the desk in person the attendant was on their personal cell phone with headphones in. The room was moderately clean as if it had been rushed & our key card didn’t work for the gym or pool."

"This hotel is excellent. They have a variety of amenities, food options, shopping and entertainment. The staff is wonderful and they pay close attention to the small details which I love. Highly recommend if you are in this area."
