"Place is a bit dated, but kept very clean. Really can't complain about anything for the price & location to Clifton Hill. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend to others. Barely a 3min walk and you're in the thick of everything. "

"The rooms are clean however the hotel is older dated but well kept very conveniently located. We are right across the road from the speedway on Clifton Hill very easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go even down to the Falls was not more than a 10 minute walk 15 at best this is the fourth time we stayed in this hotel and I’m sure we will be back again. "The location is quiet. The room is clean and well-maintained. It's close to the restaurant and the restaurant has amazing foods. We ordered pasta and grilled chicken. Parking available right in front of the room. Anyways, we chose this because it's just 30 minutes drive from Niagara Falls with reasonable room price and it didn't disappoint. "
